To display the above Joining Application Form on your webring's homepage, you will have to insert this HTML code onto your webpage's source code. Simply copy and paste onto your homepage .html file, where you would like the form displayed.
You have to update the ringID line toward the bottom of the code. Where it says YourRingID, replace it with your own webring's name.
